When we posted about the miracle of St. Arnold’s reopening their Jefferson Place location in Dupont, folks were understandably curious about plans for their Cleveland Park location (opened here in January 2012 and has been closed since suffering a fire in June 2019.)
Maggie wrote when posted about Jefferson Place: “I’m here at the Dupont Circle location now, and the bartender just said they’re not opening Cleveland Park or any other – this will be the only one.”
While the renovation permits in the Cleveland Park window seem promising:
The superior court landlord/tenant document seems less so:
The official word from St. Arnold’s is “No updates on Cleveland Park at this time. Right now, we’re focusing on getting back up and running with the Jefferson Pl. location. We’ll keep you posted if there’s any additional updates”
