From October 3rd to 31st, Bar Pilar transforms into a space of remembrance by day and celebration by night.
By Afternoon: Step into tradition. Marigolds, papel picado, candles, and altars honor loved ones who’ve passed. Guests are invited to bring photos to add to the ofrenda, creating a living tribute.
By Night:
The room comes alive. Music, mezcal and tequila cocktails flow, with Mexican lagers, Carajillos, and vibrant aguas frescas.
Taqueria Habanero will be taking over the kitchen with their award winning tacos.
Expect live music, DJs, floral printing, mezcal tastings, cocktail classes, and collaborations with Latin American–fronted cocktail bars from across DC.
