“Beginning Saturday, September 13, Cynthia will roll out weekend brunch service, featuring a lineup of satisfying brunch staples, classic cocktails, and two standout additions: bottomless mimosas and bottomless bacon!
Recently named Best Restaurant Wait Staff in Washington City Paper’s 2025 Best of D.C., Cynthia continues to deliver warm hospitality regulars have come to expect—now with a side of crispy, unlimited bacon. Brunch will be served Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with reservations recommended via OpenTable.

Hot Honey Chicken & Waffles
The All-American – eggs your way, toast, fruit or home fries, with bottomless bacon available for $10
Also on the menu: Eggs Benedict with Prosciutto, Alsace Omelette, and Hanger Steak & Eggs

Bottomless Mimosas ($30) – orange, cranberry, grapefruit, or pineapple
Orange Cream Cooler, Espresso Martini, Irish Coffee, and house-made Bloody Mary

“The H Street neighborhood has been asking for more brunch options, and we’re excited to help answer that call,” said owner Phil Coppage. “We’re keeping things fun and flexible — whether you’re here for a full meal or just popping in for a mimosa and all the bacon you can handle.”
In addition to its regular weekend service, Cynthia will host monthly themed brunches with special menus, cocktails, and soundtracks. The first, “Brunch of a Showgirl”, takes place October 4 and 5, and will feature Taylor Swift-inspired cocktails named after songs from her Life of a Showgirl album, plus a playlist of fan favorites playing throughout the day.
