Meanwhile at the old Hill Prince on H Street, Hush Harbor Opening Friday – “buzz is about our phone-free rule. But we’re laser-focused on what we’re giving you”

Thanks to G. for sending the “Hill Prince paint job for rebranding” to Hush Harbor.

Hush Harbor’s website says:

“So much of the buzz is about our phone-free rule. But we’re laser-focused on what we’re giving you:

a space to be present and first-class service. We believe that the best memories in life are made together, in the moment. If you’re ready to relax, slow down and have a great night – we’re here to serve you.

Wednesday-Thursday 5pm-12am | Friday-Saturday 5pm-1am”

Check out their menu here.

Washingtonian reported:

“To ensure everyone’s actually unplugged, the bar will use pouches secured with magnetic locks from a company called Yondr. The pouches, which allow you to carry your phone with you but not look at it, have become increasingly popular from comedy shows to schools. This is the first time a DC bar or restaurant is employing them as part of their everyday operations.”

This is either the greatest idea or dumbest, time always tells…
