This winter metrobar is partnering with El Jefe Woodfired Pizza for a special pop-up!
The El Jefe team and their iconic pizza oven will be onsite at metrobar all December and January, cooking up delicious pies in front of the train and next to our indoor lounge & fireside chalets. So stop in Wednesday-Sunday this season and get your pizza fix right here at metrobar, including the NEW metrobar specialty pie, the Cafe Car pizza, ft. meatballs and ricotta with vodka sauce!

We are located on the Metro Red Line, one block west of the skybridge from the Rhode Island Ave-Brentwood Metro to the Metropolitan Branch Trail, and 1/2 block north of Rhode Island Ave NE behind The Chase at Bryant Street. Parking is available in the Premium Parking surface lot directly adjacent to our venue or their garage underneath.
Our 11,000 sf multi-purpose bar and cultural venue, centered around a redesigned 5000-series Metro railcar, provides an arts-driven space meant to connect people across the community and celebrate DC’s rich history and culture.
